White Glow Precision Base is a high-coverage, high-opacity enamel-based base with a matte finish. It is the ideal undercoat for AK Interactive's Glow Precision Fluor colours and for panel lining, vibrant colours and highlighting techniques.

How to use: shake thoroughly before use. Apply using the built-in precision brush and allow to dry completely. Once dry, apply intense or fluorescent colours over the surface with an airbrush or brush. Compatible with any type of paint applied on top.
