GSW Decals sheet - Orcs
Waterslide Decals for Orks
If you’re fielding a horde of Orks, this decal set is just what your Waaagh! needs. Whether you’re adorning the banner of your Boyz unit, labeling a Nobz’ power klaw, or marking the hull of a Battlewagon, these waterslide decals for orks bring character and grimdark flair. Even your Grot and Gretchin crew can get little symbols or hazard stripes to match the rest of the army. The sheets are full-color and opaque, so they’ll show up boldly against painted surfaces without blending into the background.
When you mount these ork decals on a Stompa or Deff Dread, the detail makes all the difference—those rivets, hazard bands, or skull motifs will behave under weathering and shading. And for those who prefer mobile firepower, slap one on your Shoota squads or the side of a truck you plan to call a Battlewagon. Even the Big Mek’s personal ride, or the trukks the Boyz ride in, can gain extra menace when you decorate with your clan sigils.
If you’re dabbling in elite skirmishes, like Kill Team Orks, these compatible orc decals shine. Mark tokens, command glyphs, or even little runes for your Weirdboy’s psychic aura. You can apply them neatly on neat bases or miniature plinths to enhance your tabletop presence. Their fine detail helps even small surfaces like shoulder pads or small armor bits, so your Nobz and Boyz units look unified and fearsome.
For a professional finish, use GSW decal fixing products: Decal Softener and Decal Fixer, which help them to adapt perfectly to curved or embossed surfaces—such as the tubes, rivets, or plates of the Deff Dread, the foot of the Stompa, or the rounded hull of the Battlewagon. This prevents marks on the edges, creases, or even peeling. Be sure to use only a small amount so as not to damage the paint underneath.
Decorating your force with these ork decals gives you narrative flavor: a Boy with a Choppa might carry a glyph of his chosen kill, a Big Mek might show wrench-icons or clan runes, while Grot crews get tally marks for repairs or kills. On a Warboss (if you run one), you can place high honors or kill-count inscriptions. On your vehicles, a decal can say Killaz Dis Way, or mark which squad’s Shoota racks live there.
Once dry and sealed, these decals will hold under varnish, washes, and gameplay wear. Your Orks army will feel more personal, whether you’re fielding Boyz, Nobz, Big Mek, Deff Dread walkers, or even a full Stompa. The two sheets give you flexibility across troops, vehicles, and character models. Let the decals for ork armies tell your Waaagh! story — Choppa brags, Shoota fire, Weirdboy glow, and Krumpin’ from the Stompa will always get noticed.
Each waterslide decal sheet is packed with Ork glyphs, clan symbols, and battle markings of various sizes and shapes, perfect for adding that raw, chaotic energy to your miniatures, terrain, and dioramas.

BASIC INSTRUCTIONS
1.- Cut the decal out as close as you can to the outer edge of the image. For better results, use a brand-new blade in your cutter.
2.- Pick the decal up with your tweezers and let your decal soak in water for about 20 seconds. Warm water may help with this process.
3.- Use a paintbrush to gently push the decal off the sheet and onto the model. That's all, folks!
ADVANCED INSTRUCTIONS
4.- Before applying it to the model, once the decal has soaked long enough, apply a bit of GSW Decal Fixer to the surface of the model where you are planning to set your decal. GSW Decal Fixer protects the paint beneath and smooths the surface, thereby helping to prevent silvering. Use a paintbrush to gently push the decal off the sheet and onto the model. If it is hard to move the decal around, adding a bit more GSW Decal Fixer or water will help the decal float on the surface until it is positioned correctly.
5.- If the surface where you want to apply the flat decal is curved, like a shoulder pad, your decal could become wrinkled. To avoid this, once your decal is in place, apply GSW Decal Softener. Let the softener react, and it will help remove wrinkles, as it adapts to the curved surface underneath. Repeat this step 2-3 times till wrinkles are removed.
Remove any excess with a cotton swab to remove the liquid caught between the decal and the surface. Roll the swab over the decal so it does not lift from the surface. You can also use a paper towel to press down on the decal in a rolling motion to remove the excess liquid. By using GSW Decal Softener, the relief cuts to remove wrinkles in your decal will not be needed.
6.- Finally, apply GSW Decal Fixer again to the decal and the surface of the model where we have been working to unify the surface. Coat it as normal with matt or gloss varnish if you consider it necessary to remove or add a glossy finish.
