Middle-Earth Haldir & Celeborn
One of the most trusted captains and skilled archers in Lothlórien, Haldir is tasked with defending the woodland borders. It was Haldir that led the Galadhrim to Helm’s Deep to honour the alliance that once stood between Men and Elves – a noble act, but one that would ultimately claim his life. His sacrifice was not in vain, however, as the forces that were brought to the Hornburg no doubt provided incalculable aid in the defence of the great fortress.
One of the eldest Elves yet remaining in Middle-earth, Celeborn is wise and powerful almost beyond comparison. He has provided many words of wisdom to the Councils of the Wise since the days of the Last Alliance. Standing beside the Lady Galadriel as ruler of the Golden Wood, Celeborn remains firm and unwavering against the powers of the Dark Lord, and will continue to do so as the ages pass.
These two Elven Heroes are the greatest warriors available to the Lothlórien army list. Both warriors are well armoured and wield their Elven blades to deadly effect, and Celeborn also carries a shield, making him an even more formidable opponent to face.
This set contains two metal miniatures – Haldir and Celeborn – supplied with two Citadel 25mm Round Bases.
Rules for these Heroes can be found in the Armies of The Lord of the Rings™.
